Key Responsbilities
- Design and build scalable near real-time (NRT) streaming and batch data pipelines to support global transportation and logistics operations.
- Develop, enhance, and manage data products that cover the entire data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, backfilling, storage, distribution, and operational support.
- Work closely with operations and analytics teams to gather business requirements, design effective data solutions, and deliver reliable datasets and tools for informed decision-making.
- Maintain and monitor data quality standards, continuously improving datasets to ensure operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize analytics processes and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
- Use AWS cloud technologies to transform raw data into meaningful insights, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement by participating in code reviews, design discussions, best practice implementation, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Eligibility
– 1+ years of data engineering experience
– Experience with SQL
– Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
– Experience with one or more scripting language (e.g., Python, KornShell, Scala)
