Role Overview
The Analyst Trainee role will be aligned to one of the following domains based on your profile:
- IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- Multicloud
- Digital Workplace Services
You will work on real-time projects, handling databases, IT support, cloud environments, and customer systems.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Smart Operations:
- Perform database queries and CRUD operations
- Write stored procedures
- Execute test cases and analyze defects
- Resolve service tickets and issues
- Work with IT Service Management & Data Analytics tools
Multicloud:
- Manage and monitor cloud and server environments
- Handle incident management
- Support Windows, networks, databases, and cloud systems
- Follow SOPs and ensure compliance
Digital Workplace Services:
- Provide technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage IT tickets and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams for issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Smart Operations:
- 2026 batch:
- BCA
- BSc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
- Minimum 60% in academics (10th, 12th, UG)
- No active arrears
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace:
- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, etc.)
- Minimum 50% in academics
- No standing arrears
